After another successful event in Hong Kong at March, JUST MMA continues to pick up the pace in 2018 and takes their brand into China. Partnered with Chinese Kung Fu Federation (CKF), JUST MMA takes another step forward to expand their talent pool and fan base in China.
Following up to last November’s JUST Challenge – Macau, which featured the qualify rounds of the JUST Macauslot Tournaments for the men’s JUST Flyweight and women’s JUST Strawweight titles, the finalist will now have their final show down to get crowned as the new champions at MLive Presents: JUST CKF – Guangzhou on May 12th at Guangzhou Sports University!
For the women’s JUST Strawweight Champion title, Macau’s Si Man Un qualified to the final round by utilizing her Judo skills and finished her opponent in the first round by arm bar. Across from her will be the hard hitting Korean strawweight, Cho Eun Bi, who replace her follow Korean Sol Yul Kim as Kim is forced to withdraw due to an injury.
And for the men’s JUST Flyweight Championship title, Hong Kong’s Adrian Fok will step in as a replacement to go against Korea’s Park Tae Ho. Known for his aggressive and never back down style of fighting, Park for sure will bring another exciting fight to the fight fans. However, Adrian Fok has also been proven to be durable and not going away easily, and this fight will definitely be a challenge for both fighters.
Also in the fight card will be upcoming Chinese fighters such as A He Jiang, Du Ting, Cao Zheng, and Du Man going against MMA veterans from around world including Koji Takeuchi (Japan), Ella Tang (Malaysia), Wilson Djavan (Brazil), Italo Freitas (Brazil) and more!
No stranger to the Asian MMA scene, Jomar Manlangit has been active in the past two years and has since building a name for himself in Hong Kong MMA community. A more experienced professional fighter, Manlangit comes from a family of fighters and is well rounded in his Muay Thai as well as his submission grappling. Standing across the cage will be Zhu Sheung Kun, an aggressive striker with massive potential that steps up to the challenge with less MMA experience. Zhu is confident that he has the ability to overcome yet another hurdle in his professional career.
Well known in the Muay Thai and kickboxing circuits in Malaysia, Ella Tang decided to test her hands again at MMA at JUST CKF Guangzhou against Chinese kickboxer Du Ting. Both fighter comes with a strong striking background, audience can expect this fight to end in a heavy exchange of hard hitting blows.
The fight between Rustam Yensebeyev and Narek Arutiunian could be one of the most breathtaking match of the night. Skillful in both striking and grappling, Rustam Yensebeyev is a strong lightweight fighter that can finish a fight in a spilt second. On the other hand, Narek Arutiunian has been horning his grappling skills since the age of 11 at traditional Jiu Jitsu, and began to fight professionally at the age of 20 years old and has won a multiple championship in Jiujitsu, Pankration, and MMA across the world.
First practiced in the art of Capoeira at the age of 14, Italo Freitas began his training at Mixed Martial Arts 5 years later at age 19, and he has never looked back since. Now 24 years old, MMA has changed is life for him and his family. They call him “camaleo” which means Chameleon in Portuguese because of his ability to adapt to his surroundings almost immediately. Across the cage will be Chinese fighter Du Man. A relaxed and conservative striker, his strengths lie in his timings and ability to take the fight to the ground and dominate on top of his opponent.

Returning to the cage for his 30th professional fight, he takes on a young and hungry grappler A He Jiang. Well known for his vicious take down style and lighting strikes, A He Jiang is someone that Koji Takeuchi cannot look to pass by easily.
Eunbi Cho stepped in last minute to replace injured Soyul Kim to participate the JUST Straweight title fight. A fearless striker, Cho has been known for her aggressive striking style that will try to capitalize any opportunity to knockout her opponents. Winning her qualify round with a quick armbar submission, the multiple Judo National Champion and grappling competitions winner Si Man Un will continue to solidify her position in MMA by securing the title in JUST MMA’s Strawweight division.
Fighting for the CKF Asia Pacific 66kg title, this fight between Wilson Djavan vs Cao Zheng is not a match that you should miss. With a spectacular record 5 win and 1 loss, the Brazilian MMA fighter Djavan is looking to make the point that he is the force to be reckon with. However, standing in his way is the fearful Chinese fighter Cao Zheng. An well-rounded fighter, Cao Zheng is one of the rising star in China, and he is eager to prove himself by winning the this CKF Asia Pacific 66kg title with a show stopping performance.
Bak Tae Ho is a highly skilled fighter and made a massive statement ploughing through his previous opponent in JUST Challenge - Macau last November. Earning his shot at the JUST Flyweight Title. Taekwondo Black Belt and Korea National competition Gold Medelist, fighting out of 10th Planet in South Korea against a last minute replacement, Adrian Fok from Hong Kong. After a gruelling 3 rounds in March’s JUST CKF - Hong Kong 2, Adrian seeks redemption and takes on yet another tall challenge in Bak and seeks to shock the arena and take home the belt.
